First visit here! You should visit this location to take care of your teeth. The team examined the situation with great professionalism and prioritized their ideas. The staff was outstanding. incredibly warm and cordial. The dentist and his staff were very kind and knowledgeable. You immediately feel at home and as if I was a friend. I have received the greatest care from Dr Jeffrey and all the staff at Riverway Dental. My Mom had a denture made at a different dentist and they were unable to adjust it to make it usable but Dr Jeffrey performed a miracle in my opinion and now my Mom can eat without pain and difficulty. All the staff are so kind and helpful. Just a great place all the way.

Susan, Anne, and the whole crew are genuinely friendly, hugely considerate, and made for the best dental experience I’ve had in many years. I was very impressed with with the staff on my first visit. Stephanie did a great job cleaning and was very thorough and made me feel comfortable. Dr Jeffries and his staff did a wonderful job I'm usually nervous about the dentist but they did a great job and made me feel comfortable with a Little help from nitrous just about fell asleep in the chair he took his time and always made sure I was okay. The doctors and staff here are great and seem to enjoy what they do for work. Always nice conversation and a clean and comfortable setting. I've been a patient here for a couple of years now and prior to that I had gone 12 years without visiting a dentist. Their demeanor really helped alleviate my anxiety towards dentistry and got me back on a normal 6 month schedule. I recommend them to anybody who asks!

I’ve been going here for a few years and I never ceased to be impressed by the atmosphere of their hospitality and their work environment. They always are friendly, kind, welcoming, professional, clean, understanding and happy! Every time I come in they happily welcome me. I’ve loved having Dr.Daves who often remembers important details about my life and is funny and personable whenever I see him. He gives me level headed and honest feedback and never seems to be overly on the offensive but gives me time to try and reverse and work on things. All the dental hygienists I’ve had have been so friendly. I never get the sense of fake friendliness, but they are very professional and committed to making a good environment for people. The office itself is also just beautifully designed and pleasant to be in.

Very down to earth good people! All the staff make you feel at home and welcomed. Dr. Davies takes the time to get to know you, talks about what needs to be done ( in words you can understand), and answers any/ all questions you have. I came in as a new patient after moving to the area. It was the best experience, all around, that I have ever had at any dental office. The exam and cleaning were thorough, there was no feeling of being rushed, time was given for questions to be answered and concerns addressed from both sides. I've been going to this dentist office after moving to wenatchee 2 years ago. I get terrible anxiety at the dentist and they have been so empathic and lovely every visit. Last year my mom passed away, just days later I had a dental appointment, I broke down in the chair, they all were so kind and patient with me. A few days later in the mail I received a handwritten card expressing their sympathy. This place and their staff have so much compassion!

Outstanding practice. Everyone is always friendly, caring, professional, and always make me feel like a family member. After being closed due to the virus the office has adjusted in an exceptional fashion with accepted social distancing practices being followed. The Drs. Care about me and are willing to spend time answering any of my questions and explaining the care plan for my teeth. The technicians are always friendly and make the visit seem to go by quickly. The receptionists are very friendly, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to work around my schedule and assist with insurance. Anytime I have a question I am able to call and speak with a friendly person who is there to help. The receptionists send reminders via text and follow up with a land line call. This most recent visit was scheduled for a later date but when a cancellation occurred, Susan called me with the offer to come in early. It’s refreshing to deal with a group of folks who care about me.

Where do I start? I'm an older, former competition water skier that took an awkward out the front fall today crossing the wake and had the ski kick back into my front teeth. After getting my bearings and getting back in the boat it was obvious I needed a visit to my favorite dentist, Matt Jeffrey. Riverway was able to schedule a mid-afternoon appointment with Matt. A thorough assessment determined stitches first and a temporary cap to get me through this next week and then a follow up visit to help me get my smile back. Two thumbs up and a big thank you to all the staff at Riverway!

Riverway Dental will ALWAYS have my business. I went there this morning for the first time and was extremely impressed. I had a really bad experience with my last dentist and I was very nervous for this mornings appointment. I have never been more impressed in my life. The service was fantastic and all the paperwork is done online so there not a million forms that you fill out at the office. I didn't even sit down and she opened the door and was ready for me to come back! They have very new equipment and nice employees and Dr's. :) I was extremely impressed with the whole experience and I can't wait for my next visit with them in 6 months!!

I have always been apprehensive about dental work being done. Riverway Dental has taken that feeling and turned it into a positive experience. Everyone that works there makes you feel right at home. All procedures I've had done were very quick and precise. The recovery process was completely painless and Dr. Davies called to follow up on the healing, the hygienists are very thorough and do a wonderful job. The receptionist are great as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

The staff at Riverway Dental is friendly, professional and thorough. The hygienist did a great job on my teeth. The whole office is well appointed and there is coffee in the waiting area. The office is easy to find and has plenty of parking.

10-17-19 2 1/2 hours crown done and on my way. Broke off part of an old crown & tooth last Thursday, got in Friday for evaluation & in Thursday to get “crowned” by Dr. Davies. Now I call that quick service with a S.M.I.L.E. I’ve been coming to this dental clinic since I moved here 30 years ago when it was just Dr. Davis. Thirty years later & the younger generation has taken over, new, beautiful building, latest & greatest technology (remember when a crown was get an impression, put in temporary, back to remove temp, put in new crown etc. etc.). Everyone one of the people in this office bring their people skills & professional training to the office which makes what typically isn’t one’s favorite place to visit not such a distasteful experience. Modern techniques & technology have made dentistry more “tolerable” and with 5-star folks like these make it even enjoyable. If you want to keep those choppers, make sure you have regular dental checkups, follow your dentist’s recommends & find yourself a clinic where the people make you feel at home! You all rate a 5-star review in my world!!!

It had been over 2 years since my last dental appointment so to say I was nervous is an understatement. From the moment I walked into the clean and peaceful office I was treated with kindness. Hands down I had the best experience in my lifetime with the hygienist as well. She took the time to go over my concerns, let me know everything that was happening, and was super gentle. Dr. Jeffrey was very personable and also helped ease my anxiety. Super down to earth and kind! My husband has not been to a dentist in many more years and after telling him about my experience I think I might have convinced him to finally make an appointment! I was enjoying vacation from out of town when all of the sudden I had a dental emergency. Dr. Davies was able to squeeze me into the schedule and help me with my problem. They were extremely gentle and explained everything they were going to do for me to have the best results. He and his staff were all kind and patient and even took time to answer some other questions. I was treated like I was one of their regular patients. I also think this would be a great place to go if you have any dental anxiety. I would definitely recommend this practice!

I just had a crown fully replaced in about 2 hours, from start to finish. The work was professionally done, fits great and was done painlessly, with friendly service. Dr. Jeffrey has the equipment to do the work very quickly, something that has taken a couple of weeks in the past.

The office staff are always polite and efficient. The dental office is lovely and clean. I have seen the same hygienist for almost four year and she is an awesome plaque vigilante. I have seen several dentists and they are all friendly and knowledgable and provide detailed information and treatment options when that is needed. I can recommend them.

First time patient. Susan at the front desk and everyone else in the office was friendly and welcoming. The office is clean and modern. Lacy the Hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth, even though I'm somewhat sensitive. Dr. Davies was very approachable, and clearly knows what he is doing based on his diagnosis of my problem tooth. Changing Dentists can be daunting - they made it feel like coming home.

Had a chipped front tooth and got me in immediately! Katie is a great Assistant and Dr. Davies is just as good as Dr. Davis! How can you not be impressed with the entire staff? I have been going here for nearly 15 years, and I promise I am not an easy patient to have. (I cry a lot, just a whole anxious mess. Haha) Every single appointment I am treated with respect and compassion, which has taught me to get over my fear of dental work. I have had Dr. Jeffery primarily, but Dr. Davies pulled two of my wisdom teeth out today and he is a rock star. I'd trust both of them with any dental work needing to be done. I can't recommend them enough, there shouldn't even be other dentists in town.

My first visit to Riverway Family Dental was outstanding. Every person I encountered, from the "hello" greeting as I barely accessed the door to the hygienist staff to Dr. Jeffrey, was welcoming, kind, and professional. And they seem like a fun bunch. I had neglected my oral health for awhile and had felt a bit embarrassed about allowing that to happen. The team at RFD reassured me and eased my angst (and guilt) while allowing me to focus on moving forward to get my oral health back on track. Great team, great environment, great experience. We recently moved back home to Wenatchee. We did not have a dentist. I cracked a tooth. Dr. Jeffrey and his team had me come in immediately and they fixed my tooth the same day. In the past I've had really negative experiences with dentists, but Riverway is the best experience I've ever had. I have a hard time with anesthetics and I also have TMJ. The dentists I've worked with in the past haven't been able to numb me properly without using "enough Novocaine to sedate a horse" - and I always end up starting to feel it halfway through. And one even badly dislocated my jaw even after I told them what they were doing was hurting me, causing me to need two surgeries. I also have a phobia of needles. Dr. Davies makes me wonder what the rest of the dentists I've seen were even doing. Why did they have such a hard time? His staff is super nice and great at their jobs, and I'm always greeted warmly when I arrive. It's always really easy to get an appointment. Dr Davies and his hygienists are personable and fun to talk to. But most important, my cleanings and fillings don't hurt, they are able to numb me completely and effectively for the entire filling process (seriously, this is a miracle), and Dr Davies' injections don't hurt at all and are slowly chipping away at my fear of needles. They've also worked with me on my jaw issues and use a child-sized spacer to keep my mouth open, which is more frustrating for them I'm sure but reduces my discomfort significantly. Overall: They are nice, good at their jobs, excellent listeners, and easy to book with. Highly recommended.

My coworker recommended this place and I was doubtful because it's new but I got lucky - it's been awesome so far! The receptionists are very warm, welcoming and send lots of reminders if you're that type who forgets easily. I have horrible teeth that I'm embarrassed about but Dr. Davies and his staff made me feel so welcome. They explain everything they are doing and why they are doing it and ways that I can improve my teeth. Lots of new technology to find out 'problem' areas before they get too much of a problem.
